The due date is coming! Will the baby come early? Late? On Time? No one knows!
ICCF threw us a "surprise" shower this week and Joel was able to come because of Spring Break...it was really fun for him to get to meet most of my co-workers. Everyone chipped in to produce an amazing taco spread complete with fruit (thanks for thinking of me Sue!) and Tres Leche Cake! Yum! They all contributed to give us a very generous gift card to Target which I am excited to use to buy those last few things that we need and maybe a few new outfits when we find out the gender!
While Joel was still on Spring Break I took another Friday off so we could have a long and relaxing weekend together...could be our last one with just us two! Joel thinks I am starting to nest because I am feeling really productive and enjoy getting a lot done over the weekend...I think it is more that I realize there is little time left and I can't put things off any more!
On Monday I returned to work to find a "Baby Pool" had taken place on Friday! Now people have money invested in the due date and gender so the talk is getting serious about when this baby is coming! It is a win/win situation for me because I get 1/2 of the money and the winner gets 1/2!
