We are Curious George Super Fans...

Curious George is what helps us wake up most mornings.  Joel and I actually are really falling in love with that little monkey!  We thought there was no better costume for Parker to sport than a monkey costume in honor of our favorite monkey!  We went to the Outdoor Center for a Halloween Nature Walk/Trick or Treating with Josh, Kelly and the boys.  It was freezing out so the boys didn't last too long, but it was still fun seeing some deer, stuffed (dead) animals and being outside enjoying the fresh air.

On the actual day of Halloween Parker felt under the weather so he didn't even dress up or put his costume on.  He did like handing out candy to the kids that came to the door though and what he liked even more was eating the candy!

Down on the Farm...

Lucas and Tyson already have so many toys so we decided to mix it up with their birthday gifts this year.  Instead of more toys we took them horseback riding at Amanda's dad's ranch.  Due to the busyness of the summer months it took us until October to get a date on the calendar that worked for all of us.  It was a beautiful Fall day and I think it is safe to say we all had a lot of fun!

Holland State Park was the backdrop to our family's summer pictures this year.  None of the boys liked the bright sunshine, but we were still able to get some cute shots.  For how many pictures I take of Parker you would think he would take better pictures...he was not excited about it!

Joel and I just saw something really funy on the beach...hence the very big smiles!
