Beautiful Pigeon Creek...

Today we explored the beautiful creation that God so creatively designed at Pigeon Creek.  Simply beautiful.  Snowshoeing, hotdogs in the lodge, and much laughter (especially when mommy wiped out big time in the slippery parking lot!).

The kids definitely had it the easiest...Joel and I did all the work carrying and pulling while walking through deep snow!

Christmas is the time to love...

This year Christmas was more exciting than ever!  Parker is the perfect age that he gets really excited to open presents and play with new toys...his and other kid's toys!  As always the week was full of family, fun, quality time and great food.  I just felt so thankful to be surrounded by family that I love so much!  We also were blessed to have Joel home for an extended Christmas break due to 3 snow days tacked on to his vacation...21 days in all!
