Best Daddy...

The kids just love spending time with their daddy.  His lap is big enough for all three.  They love to watch YouTube videos and read books.

Mommy's cook...

Sawyer likes to sit on the counter and help me cook.  It adds a level of difficulty to concentrating on the recipe, but he is much happier being up where he can see everything versus on the ground.

Snow Fort....

This winter has been pretty mild and we have been patiently waiting the opportunity to use our new "snow bricks" we got for Christmas.  Today the snow was perfect and daddy came through with an awesome fort!

Christmas Decorating Day...

The Christmas spirit is alive and well at the Nagelkirk house today!!  We spent the day decking the house out Christmas style!  We started out at Teusink's Pony Farm for a Christmas Tree picking party...free Christmas tree, donuts and hot chocolate, seeing and feeding the animals and walking around the beautiful property.  Once home Parker and I decorated the tree and the inside of the house while daddy hung lights up on the outside of the house (the 1st time we have ever done this!).  Parker was so hilarious as he helped me.  He was very serious about his job and really did awesome helping set things up!  His favorite part was hanging colored lights in his and Peyton's room.  He kept running in there to look at them and even ran next door to invite John and Kalee over to check them out!  

The kids were so excited all day.  The joy they had was so fun and contagious! At the end of the night I told Joel this was one of the best days I have had in forever!   Looking forward to the rest of the Christmas season!

Can I take your picture?!?...

Parker has become quite the photographer lately.  He has taken pictures of everything (literally!) in our house, at my parent's house, outside, etc.  I deleted close to 1,000 of his pictures from my camera!  It has been really fun to see his perspective on life and several of the pictures actually turned out really nice!  Here are a few that I kept.

1st Hair Cut...

Peyton was starting to have a mullet so we got her a little trim.  A few tears were shed as she was a little uncertain about the hair cutting process.  She looks so cute but sadly looks older now.  Our little girl is growing up!

Happy Halloween...

Another rainy Halloween...how can this be?!?  It has been sunny and 60 degrees for the last 3 weeks!  It was way too cold and rainy to take the kids out so we headed back to Providence CRC for some quick indoor Trick-or-Treating and then went to cheer up G & G Marble with some cute kids in cute costumes!
